"It's shocking. We are fighting global antisemitic incitement and when it comes from within us it is intolerable," Netanyahu said in a video posted on Telegram.
Why It’s Conflation
NAZA, a documentary by two Israeli filmmakers, looks at how Israel's military chose targets in Gaza and won a prize at Venice. Netanyahu said: "We are fighting global antisemitic incitement and when it comes from within us it is intolerable." A film about an army's conduct isn't antisemitic incitement.
What Actually Happened
NAZA is a 2026 documentary by Israeli filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor that investigates the use of artificial intelligence and automated surveillance in Israeli military targeting during the Gaza war, and documents the killing of Palestinian civilians by Israeli forces.
