Why It’s Conflation
Senator Van Hollen said AIPAC calls itself pro-American and pro-Israel but is neither. AIPAC answered with ads saying that line "feeds directly into antisemitic tropes of Jewish disloyalty." Criticizing a lobbying group isn't accusing Jews of disloyalty.
