Why It’s Conflation
The only examples the statement gives are court referrals and letters to companies. That’s legal work about a government's conduct. Rubio called it antisemitism and sanctioned her for it.
What Actually Happened
As UN Special Rapporteur, Albanese recommended that the ICC issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant, and wrote to companies recommending the ICC investigate them. These are the acts Rubio's own statement lists.
