Why It’s Conflation
South Africa took Israel to the World Court and accused it of genocide in Gaza. The head of the Combat Antisemitism Movement called the case antisemitism. A court case against a state isn’t hatred of Jews.
What Actually Happened
South Africa filed an application instituting proceedings against Israel at the International Court of Justice, accusing it of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
