Why It’s Conflation
Amnesty accused a government of a crime defined in international law. The Council could have argued with the evidence. It called the report antisemitic.
What Actually Happened
Amnesty International: "Israeli authorities must be held accountable for committing the crime of apartheid against Palestinians."
