Why It’s Conflation
Pompeo said criticizing Israel’s policies is fine. Then he said anti-Zionism is antisemitism, and pointed at a boycott movement and members of Congress. Opposing a political movement isn’t hatred of Jews, even when a Secretary of State says it is.
