Why It’s Conflation
Airbnb’s policy was about rentals in settlements in occupied territory. The Wiesenthal Center put it on the same list as the murder of eleven people at a Pittsburgh synagogue.
What Actually Happened
Airbnb: "we concluded that we should remove listings in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank that are at the core of the dispute between Israelis and Palestinians."
